How to Brew (Brewing Instructions)

For classic Indian chai (serves 1 cup):

1. Add 150ml water and 150 ml milk to a saucepan and bring to a boil
2. Add 1 tsp of Broons Classic CTC tea (adjust to taste)
3. Turn off the heat and wait 2–3 minutes for a strong brew
4. Strain and serve hot

For black/plain tea:

1. Boil 200ml water
2. Add ½ tsp of tea leaves
3. Steep for 2–3 minutes
4. Strain and enjoy — add lemon or honey if preferred

Tip: Adjust tea quantity based on how strong you like your chai. Caution; do not boil continuously after adding tea powder (may cause bitterness).
